Since purchasing Xbox live none of my stats save on battlefield plus Xbox randomly freezes

It is only the Dawnbreaker map on Battlefield 4 that does it. None of the other maps or even any of my other games cause my xbox to freeze up. And its not right away, you get to play for about 4 to 5 min then it freezes. The only option is to manually shut
off my xbox and reboot.

Same thing started happening to me yesterday. It's kind of a high pitch constant humming noise. That and live TV that goes from my DirecTV box to the Xbox to the TV randomly freezes for about 5 seconds and then continues. The only difference is that I've
had my Xbox one since day one.

Yep the game is probably the culprit. My console also randomly freezes sometimes when playing skyrim as well as playing Fallout New vegas. Although New Vegas has locked up my Xbox more. I usually wipe my system cache to fix the problem but it only works
for a short time till it plays up again. I don't own Battlefield 4 nor played it but from what I have heard about it around the web it is also prone to freeze and crash your console. With Bethesda games just be sure to save constantly and don't have to many
saves saved to your console as even that can cause problems.

disc works fine in my friends xbox when his gamertag is signed in plus i used his disk in mine and it freezes at the same moment as mine does. same thing happened with be to black ops. just started randomly freezing but only when playing multi player.
i just dont get it

The only game I have at the moment for my Xbox One is Battlefield 4 and I have been kicked to the Xbox Home screen about 10 times as well since last Monday. It happens randomly while playing the story or in the middle of a Multiplayer match, but so far,
I have not lost any save progress. It may just be a matter of time...
