Since oct 2017 update, my games dont start 1st try (disc)

dont know where to put this but anyway;

For some reason since the update Oct 2017 (week ago?) i put my game disc in for example watchdogs 2 or even shadow of war & nothing happens on my screen, it just sits on the home menu.

I can hear the xbox wizzing away making lazer sounds (trying to read the disc) but i wait and nothing happens still, so i eject the disc & put it back in & the game starts fine, without issue.

there was an error code but it was something like 0x0800300 (not sure but it defo had tons of 0 and an 8 in it)

This has only started happening since the October update!

things ive tried are:

1) taking disc out and back in - game then works fine

2) hard reset console - game then works fine

3) (currently in the process of uninstalling a game and reinstalling it to see what happens)

after doing all that the issue still comes back, so im wondering if the update glitched my installed games?

Where my local currency from Xbox Live Rewards, since Oct/2017????

I have 17.049 credits since Oct/2017, but I didn't receive my local currency. Where are my rewards????? We are on December/08/2017!!!!!

Anyone who made a purchase on Marvel Heroes Omega between Oct 31st-Nov 29th 2017 will get a refund to their original payment instrument,ie credit/debit card etc.

Anyone who made a purchase between Sept 1st-Oct 30th 2017 will receive store credit.

if the issue keeps returning you could consider doing a factory reset of the console, there is an option to keep Games & Apps installed while doing that. This step does require you to Download your profile again so you will need your account credentials.

Let us know the results if that fixed anything
