Since NXOE Update, Friends Disappearing from Fitness Message Board and Challenges

So here's what is happening...

My wife and I both use Xbox Fitness on the same XB1. A few days after the NXOE update, my friends (DJBod, PR0F0UND) stopped appearing in the message board and in workout challenges. Only my wife's showed up. I removed them as a friend and re-added them,
and at least PR0F0UND started to appear again. Then my wife's GT disappeared. Removed and re-added her. Now others are gone again. And now she is having the same issue, as of a handful of days ago. She added some friends to compete against a few weeks before
NXOE, and they are all gone from messages and challenges, except for me.

Here's a few a screenshots to show you what I'm talking about. Sorry about the potato quality of the last one:

That last one shows the Overall Game Leaderboard (which you can access outside the App in the Game Hub) and my friends show up there. So, it's an App-specific issue.

Anyone else seeing this since NXOE? I have a feeling that multiple profiles on one XB1 playing Xbox Fitness might have something to do with it. I've ruled out 'instant on' vs 'energy saving', and reviewed every privacy setting I could find.

I plan to engage @xboxsupport on Twitter shortly. It's not as bad an issue like those who can't even use the App (starting, streaming issues, etc), but it is disappointing to have some workouts where you're only battling yourself or the average age group!

I seem to have the same issue. I didn't use Xbox Fitness for a while, but when I finally did a few workouts again, a few days ago, I noticed there were much less scores from friends in the messages than there used to be. I also didn't get any friend challenges
while doing two of the Yo:30 workouts.

I didn't pay that much attention to it. Of course it could just be my friends started to workout less. But I have a lot of Xbox Fitness users added to my friends list (literally hundreds). It seems unlikely that many of them stopped playing.

No problem, sir. Glad to help. Also, if you haven't ventured over to the NXOE board recently it has been posted that there's actually an update rolling out right now for us.

Software issues on ALL of the systems. About everyone has had these problems at one point or another. Even before the NXOE update was published, the preview version of it had these issues (a friend has told me about this) and MS has not resolved it (or listened
for that matter) about the extensive problems and bugs with the NXOE, but published it with the bugs, in hopes people would not notice these.

These issues are nothing new, and have been around since NXOE was put in production.

Well as I recall when the xbox 360 got its NXE dashboard update it wiped out some of the chat glitches associated with the old dash board, here's hoping the NXOE update with have a similar effect on the xbox one.
