Hello, I preordered games between Oct and December when you were running the mission preorder 3 games and get 15000 reward credits, it tracked 2 and never a 3rd even though it said that I'd preordered the games underneath the game picture. I emailed a few
weeks ago and never got a response

Since you locked my post had to post another. You say I only had 2 games that's incorrect I also got battlefield 1 and final fantasy which were both in it the list of games to preorder

Since your purchase of Battlefield 1 was not done through the Xbox store, and you were not charged from that store, it was not eligible. We do not see any Final Fantasy purchase within the offer period. While there was a season pass add-on purchase, there
is no purchase of the game Final Fantasy. You can review your purchase history from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

I understand completely to what your saying the issue is I broke no TOS I did not spew any hate or manner I asked a simple question if anyone had information and gave a brief statement as to why (all facts not slander just disappointment is paid service)
and it was very quickly silenced. had I slandered or gave fake/lies I would understand this. the point of any forum is for us and gamers/paid customers to talk and discuss issues good or bad, I have again just read the TOS and it says nothing that I said was
against it can one of you show me I could be missing it?
