Since May 5th, 20,500 Rewards Redeemed for 20.5$ still not credited

I have 20,500 reward points based on 1000 plus VVIP points. I redeemed for $10 x 2 reward credits. It's showing since May 5th. I waited for 15th May nothing happened and then 30th may also passed. STill showing in credits meter .

Other member accounts have already received their rewards.

Can u fix it pls?

It's almost 15th so still haven't gotten my 20,500 Rewards converted.

It's almost 15th last day for redemption of my points. My 20,500 points still not credited to my account. IT's has been going on since 5th MAY. Previously you guys didn't have problem redeeming points which were lower value.

 

Help needed

You must go to your Microsoft account, and see your payment form, I already received my money on May 30 and in Mexican currency I got 200MX.

Some will have to wait until June 15. (according to the amount that was requested)

 

I've been checking every day that's why I came for support. 5th May was when I redeemed the VIP points. SHould have received either on 15th or 30th as per MS. Now hoping this will come at least by 15th june.
