    Since last update on dec, 14th, I can't play events and daily challenges anymore.


    It seems that there's a VERY BIG problem with the last update for the Solitaire Collection. I'm NOT the only one who encountered this. When I want to play daily challenges or events the app closes without any comment. It just disappears when it's ready to
    load the advertisment part. I see a white screen for about half a second and then I'm back on desktop. No error message appears at all. A complete restart, de- and reinstalling solitaire, cleaning all caches and much other troubleshooting tips don't help at
    all. The problem persists. I tried with another PC but all the problems appear on it too.

    When will this be fixed?

    Why can't I play the daily challenges of Microsoft jigsaw anymore?

    Since last update on dec, 14th, I can't play events and daily challenges anymore.

    The source of my trouble was an updated display driver. I didn't recognize that Windows Update installed a new version - because I NEVER install any graphics driver from MS! They are very poor in perfomance and often buggy - like this one. Went back to the
    last installed version and everything is OK right now...

    Can't download any updates so can't play Daily Challenges

    When I go to play the daily challenge, I get a message about an important update. When I choose to install the update, I'm taken to the Store and get a message that there are no updates available. If I choose not to upgrade, I can't play the daily challenge.
    This has been going on for three days now.

    I also have the same problem. I know the issue is not on my end, so something is going on at the source. Everything else works fine. Can even play the solitaire event of the day, just can't play the daily challenge. Message says there is a connection problem. I guess everyone at Microsoft partied too hard last night.
