If you're in the insider's program you accept the risks that come with it unfortunately. There may not be much you can do.

I actually opted out of the insider program updates last year, so the update that caused this issue was a normal update. I am still an Insider, but I do not receive the insider updates on my Xbox One.

How did you disable the Preview Program? (Now called Xbox Insider Program)

To be sure can you install the Xbox Insider Hub (if you haven't already) and check if the console is indeed unenrolled from the program.

I just got this error recently and since, I have been unable to play music via clicking to play in the app. I can bypass this however by selecting a song in "my computer." When I do this, I am unable to pause, play or do anything inside the app. I must close
the app to stop the song from playing. Has anyone else been having this problem? YEs, I have installed recent updates and yes I have uninstalled/installed the app.

If you are receiving multiple updates in a week it sounds like your console is in the Xbox Insiders program.

Can you please confirm if you are in the Insiders Program (Formerly Xbox Preview program)?

Yep I'm in the stupid Insiders Program but I've never had three updates since being in the program and I've been in it since the 360 so this is something I've never seen before.

You'll actually want to post in the
Xbox One Insider Program Forums for the best information and assistance. Since updates are still in the early stages, things may not work correctly at times as it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential issues.
If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider App on the console. Keep in mind thought that doing so, may cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console.
