    In my games and apps COD MW beta / gears 5 beta as well as other betas and also duplicate GTA 5 show in ready to install. Anyone else have these issues ?

    General Issues Since Last Update

    Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a minute then plug back in and power back on to see if it resolves the issue

    Hey Daxas, very sorry to hear about the connection issues! Before we dive too deep into this thing, let's try a simple solution. Can you please go into the memory section of your console, and then delete your gamer profile (PROFILE ONLY)? After that, try
    re-downloading it. Let me know if this helps! :-D

    Party Chat Issue Since Last Update

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
