We see that the majority of your recent purchases have been game consumables, which are not eligible for MyVIP:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled automatically. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or
more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. We see that you had the 1000 Credit minimum after your survey on September 6th, after which you requested a deposit manually. However, since we only deposit at the middle and end of the month,
your deposit request was not made in time to be a part of the mid-month deposit, and was instead scheduled for the end of month deposit.

Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

Since the program will be ending in your region, we will deposit your pending Credit by the end of June 2018. While we are aiming to have your pending Credit deposited by the time of the transition around the 15th, your pending Credits should appear around
the end of the month at the latest.

Since we only deposit around the middle and end of the month, since you requested your deposit on the first this month, it will be a part of the mid-month deposit. Regarding the last deposit, from the transition FAQ:

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

I checked enforcement and contacted support about it but I havent gotten an email for my console ban nor any notification. I got a 14 day suspension on the 23rd of June and I havent been online since
