    since joining xbox one from 360 i no longer have the freedom of downloading games, every time i tried it said i needed to change the settings in my parent account (my account is still a childs) well the account was made years ago... i have no idea what
    the password is or even what the account was called. so i bought £80 worth of microsoft points, but i still couldn't download games. i have waited hours for microsoft support, but the chats keep ending before even asking for assistance. i thought i would make
    a new account, but i have just put the microsoft points on that account! please help

    Looking for an EA Access beta code

    To any fellow Xbox gamer willing to help.

    Yesterday I joined the Xbox One dashboard preview program. I’m very interested in joining the EA Access beta program, but apparently since I joined after the 27 of July I haven’t received the code to download the beta.

    Is there any Xbox gamer that is part of the dashboard program and isn’t interested in joining the EA Access beta, willing to share his code with me?

    Decide to allow or block joining Xbox Live multiplayer games on Xbox One.

    Thats one of the things to allow or block and Ive allowed it. and i still cant access online stuff. it did this a couple months ago.

    Region - UK not changed since I joined xbox live

    No error code just the message 'Cant download gta5

    Game rarely even starts to download and have never got past 8%

    Yes./ Does nothing
