    Ive been coming here and EA (which is ****) almost daily to ask for help. Problem: white box appears after cinematics stuck on the syncing saved data. And then downloading, the black bar hardly moves. Doesn go to menu!

    Its backward compatible mine is a new Xbox one.

    Ive tried almost all the troubleshooting steps- clear Mac, clear the saved data temp, reboot and just tried the "clear x360 storage" step Since Dec 8 Haven been able to launch Dragonage 2 :(( To me sound very risky. I just wanto run this old game dammit!! Ms says the live servers are ok, so does Ea. How
    can it be? And i dw to do whole factory reset, my other games are not having problem

    Because you didn't read it it doesn't mean it didn't exist I can say it's been there since dec because I was watching the promotions on the game since the launch of the preorders

    I agree. I have not seen ONE post in the last 4 days addressing the problem that any of us have been dealing with since FRIDAY.. I'm really considering sending this overpriced piece of *** back. I have had the xb1 since the 30th of dec. and have only been
    able to sign on to it 2 days out of the last 6. What a joke.

    Xbox "Clear system cache" not working.

    I tried that. Didn't work.

    It's the latest update for Dragonage 2, I'm not sure when it came out since I began playing it yesterday after I stopped for a while. And the game just freezes, the disc is perfectly clean and such.
