I'm sorry to hear that. Mine works fine after the update to be honest. Have you tried reinstalling those apps. Are you part of Xbox insider as well by any chance?

I don't have xbox one s . I have original one.

Since last update or maybe 1 month max. Anytime I switch let say from a game to youtube and go back to a game the screen is black and if I quit game by pressing start on game icon and quit and try to start it my xbox turn off automatically and restart.

Same if I play a game turn off my xbox come back later as soon as I'll press the game icon to continue (xbix is on instant on mode) it will be black I can hear sounds but cannot do anything and xbox will restart . But if I just play without changing app
or coming back to the same game it will be fine in can play 10 hours in a row bo prob.

The dashboard update is the most recent one packaged in the OSU1 tool, and there are no new available updates. Viewing the contents on the drive brings up the list of installed and ready to install games in My Games and Apps (where it crashes). The ONLY
fix for this is to go offline under Network Settings (which won't work long-term when it comes to installing games). It seems that the "My Games and Apps" section can only remain open for around 5-7 seconds before crashing to black.

I can add a game to the home screen if I 1)Have the game already installed and 2) Go Offline in Network Settings.

Games will load and play properly IF I can get to them to start.

It's almost like the second the games and Apps section crashes as it attempts to connect to the "Gold" or "Updates" section in the list on the "My Games and Apps" page.

Alright lets give this a try. First eject the disc from your xbox. With it still on press the power button for 10 seconds. Wait a little and turn it back on. Then put the disc back in. If all is good it should pop up saying the game requires an update. If
not, go to your games and apps and if Black ops 2 is there delete it and redo these steps. Hope this helps.
