    Since Alpha Skip Ahead Update Xbox One X Now Powers Itself Off


    I had an update for the new Alpha Skip Ahead update this morning, OS Version RSXBOXRELEASE_2006\19041.2893.200507-0000 Since then my Xbox One X has been powering off on it’s own. It has done it a few times now and I have had no issues with the power prior to this update. Anyone else have this issue?

    In the alpha skip ahead, still no update. "Alpha Skip Ahead" clearly means something else... :')

    I have this problem with Netflix for about 2 weeks on my xbox one x in Alpha skip ahead. Netflix on my xbox one in Alpha works fine at the moment.

    Alpha Skip Ahead Update is causing the X to whine a bit more than usual.

    Hi, I tried to private message you but it didn't work.

    You have to be in the insider preview to download the avatar beta app. It works on the original Xbox One, the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. It is not rolled out by console model but by which Insider Preview ring you are in. It has now been rolled out to all
    rings.

    Insider Preview has Alpha Skip Ahead, Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omega rings. Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha are invite only from the development team. You can use any Xbox One family of console in any of the rings.

    Try a power cycle. I am in the Alpha skip ahead ring and can capture Anthem fine. However there is also the possibility that the game itself has an issue. I know there was an update today. You should ensure you are on the newest build of anthem
