    Since almost 2 weeks poor scable tv signal


    Hi. Since Sunday, January 18th I experience the issue that the stream from my settop box (cable tv) lost sound and the picture stops circa every 4 seconds for another 4 seconds. When connecting Cable signal direct to TV all is fine. Before everything worked
    smooth. Maybe this was caused to some update? Thanks for any help!

    Xbox one Digital tuner - poor signal

    Experiencing the same. TV signal is very good with its own dedicated roof mounted aerial. Direct to tv signal is rdl steady but am experiencing intermitent interfernce very couple of minutes using the digital TV tuner which is a real pain making the tuner
    almost useless.

    Routinely lose TV signal

    I've had my One for a few weeks now. I gotta, say that I'm far from impressed. Lot's of buggy issues.

    The first issues was having to disconnect from the internet to install a game, since it seems to have problems when game updates are available and the order in which it applies the update to the install.

    The second issue is having to completely power down and reboot after installing a game before it installs.

    The latest issue is losing the TV signal. To fix this I have to power down, unplug the tv, unplug the power, hold the xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds (while unplugged, because telephone support said this discharges static electricity). Plug
    everything back in and turn back on. Most of the time the tv signal comes back after this. I went for almost 2 weeks before this even happened. Now it seems to be a daily issue.

    This is pretty annoying!!!

    Xbox One losing TV signal

    Oddly enough, this was a huge, recurring problem for me throughout all of May, but the problem stopped about a week ago and has been fine ever since. Haven't lost the TV signal at all.

    Spoke w/ support about this almost 2 weeks ago, emailed the rep that I spoke to back to check in and see what was taking so long, and still haven't heard anything back. For a refund of $10, the service I'm receiving is extremely poor :/

    HDMI not connecting

    I am having the same problem, the console is sent to repair 2 days ago and waiting now.

    Here is my story.

    I bought xbox one s 2tb at launch, it was working fine on my full hd samsung led tv (5 series), playing almost everyday, and week ago i bought new tv. Samsung tv 7series suhd 4k. I set the resolution to 4k, Console was working fine on my old tv (1080p),
    After playing forza horizon 3 demo and fifa 17 demo i lost signal, i rebooted and got the signal back, but when i turned on console the next time i wanted to play, i could know get the signal, tried diffrent hdmi cables and tvs but no signal on screen, every
    possible way to fix but no way to be found to fix the problem.

    I personally think that having console on 4k resolution for few days or playing new games demos like forza horizon 3 and fifa 17 got graphic adaptor or hdmi port something that triggered this issue. Lets hope that this does not happens when i receive it
