    Why am I not receiving my Xbox live rewards points?

    I don't seem to be able to accumulate points for my Xbox Live Rewards even though I have been a member since July 2011.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    No rewards for a while now

    the last reward I received was last year in the summer, so what is the point I have been a rewards member since 2011, this is just sad I have bought multiple games and renewed my live since last year, just curious why I have been forgotten, I should have
    way more points and iam kinda very disappointed with this phoney rewards program you don't reward with.

    Are the punch cards the cards you flip over to try and match?
    You'll find the pounch cards in the Rewards App. Currently in the UK it is watch 3 movies (rent or buy) over a certain price and get 2500 points.

    So guys and gals. How many points have you racked up since you joined Xbox Live Rewards? and how long have you been a member of it? Also do you do the surveys every month? Just curious that's all =)

    I've been a member since May 2011 and have a total of 1010 points earned to date with 130 pending. I do the surveys every month.

    This is my birthday month so I earned...GASP....20 msp. yay.

    So disappointed that the streak ended. More so the 2500 extra points. I hope they make it up to us that had been loyal to the reward program

    I'm on a 29 week streak for points but I'm yet to receive my weekly 2500 points weekly.

    You don't get 2500 weekly...you only get it as a one-off every 10 weeks. So:

    Weeks 21-29: You get your usual 100 points

    Week 30: You get your usual 100 points plus the 2500 point bonus

    Weeks 31-39: Usual 100 points

    Week 40: 100 points plus 2500 bonus
