Sims 4 add on downloaded but cant see extra content in game

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

If you see the content installed but don't see it in game, I suggest quitting the game and then re-installing the extra DLC packs and see if you see them when restarting the game.

Unlike the on the PC, the Xbox version of the Sims 4 can only get additional content either inside the game itself or by purchasing DLC add-ons via the Xbox Store on the console. You can not download content via a web browser.

I cant add new neighbours to the sims freeplay because it is not appearing in my profile (xbox). In my account only appears the mahjong game but its not the only one I play. If the sims doesnt appear i cant add new neighbours.
