    Simply Rewarding Reward Points still not credited


    It's already the 17th March and I still do not see the rewards as pending.

    Hey,

    I made purchases totalling more than $60, but I did not see my Reward Points updated. I activated the offer through the link in the email and bought 2 games and 1 game add-on yet I have not received the 6000 points as stated in the offer. Would appreciate
    your help in resolving this.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. We have not yet completed processing your purchases made on the 11th. If you do not see completion of the offer by the end of the 15th, let us know with a new post, and we will investigate to
    see if there are any issues.

    The spending requirement for your region is 78 SGD. Since you are beneath this requirement, you have not yet completed the offer. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, so if you have made any recent purchases,
    we have not yet processed them.

    unlike other MyMissions, I noticed in the FAQ that this MyMission has a manual opt-in you need to complete before future purchases count toward it; did you complete that part of it first?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a slight delay with our purchase information that extended our normal 96 hour processing period by a day. The Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 10th.
