    Simply Rewarding Points Not Credited


    There is a promotion happening until the end of the month where you are given 6,000 Live Rewards for spending $60 in the store. I spent the needed amount, but my points did not show up within 96 hours, as promised. The Xbox support guy was not able to see
    my point transactions, just that I had purchased items. The promotion is called Simply Rewarding

    Yes I did click on the opt in in the email, but I may have moved from that page once I started shopping

    Hello multiplicity29,

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a slight delay with our purchase information that extended our normal 96 hour processing period by a day. The Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 10th.

    unlike other MyMissions, I noticed in the FAQ that this MyMission has a manual opt-in you need to complete before future purchases count toward it; did you complete that part of it first?
