    Simply Rewarding points have not been put in my account.


    I earned the points and they are showing up in MYRewards but the points just haven't been moved to my account within the 96 hours as promised. The offer was completed on 3/10/17 and is now the 15th, meaning they should have been deposited for TWO reasons
    and still have not been. Very frustrating situation but also understandable. Just looking for a resolution.

    Simply Rewarding points have not been put in my account.

    It takes 96 hours for credits to show as pending, but not deposited after 96 hours. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they
    are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
    pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchase information. This was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since your purchase was made on the 31st, it has not yet been processed.
