    Hi,

    In FAQ, it is said that I need to click 'Activate this offer' button in email or on MyMission. But I don't have email and can't see that button. Then, how can I make sure if I am signed in this promotion? I already signed in this reward program, so wonder
    if I need to sign in additional stuff.

    Simply rewarding promotion!

    I opted into this reward proceeded to the Xbox.com store and made more than $60 in eligible purchases. As this promotion ended as of March 31st and I have yet to receive my rewards points I would like to know what's going on!

    You only made one purchase of 19.80 in the offer period. Keep in mind that our program is only for purchases made off the Xbox Store, and purchases like Gift Cards or hardware from the MicrosoftStore.com site are not eligible for most of our offers unless

    Since your purchase of Mass Effect Andromeda was made last month, it was not made within the offer period, and was therefore not eligible for this offer. Only purchases made during the offer period of an offer are eligible for that particular offer. Since
    Simply Rewarding began in March, February purchases are not eligible.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The amount you need to spend would depend on the region your account is set for. If your Rewards account is set for the US, you would need to spend $60USD.
    If your account set for Canada, you would need to spend $64CAD. The program will not recognize purchases made outside of your region.
