Simply Rewarding game purchase not showing up

to be delayed. We have now received your purchase, and are currently in the process of Rewarding. You should see the Credits pending in the next 2-3 days.

It takes us up to 96 hours to recognize and process new activity. Your purchase on the 10th was rewarded yesterday, and completed both Simply Rewarding and the first level of Warrior Rewards. Your avatar purchase on the 11th has not yet been processed.

We will be able to Reward achievements earned on purchases even if they are earned before the processing is completed. Since the achievement portion simply requires that the first level is completed, once it detects that the first level has been completed,
it will check all the games you purchased to complete the first level for achievements and Reward accordingly. Again, please allow up to 96 hours for processing.

It takes about 96 hours for the program to update with new purchases. If it's been over 96 hours, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.

It can usually take a few days. If it has been already, you'll want to reach out to Microsoft Rewards support

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since you recently obtained your first star, you can expect payback for your eligible purchases this month to be placed as pending halfway through the following month (January).
