    Simply Rewarding and Warrior Within credits


    Hello! This is my first time posting here, forgive me if I do something incorrectly. I was directed to post by the Xbox Rewards twitter account.

    Last week, I double checked with them that buying For Honor for $60 would get me both the Simply Rewarding and Warrior Within offers (a total of 11,000 credits plus an additional thousand once I complete my first five achievements in the game). After they
    confirmed this, I purchased the game on Friday morning. I have yet to see my 11,000 credits show up under my pending credits, and I'm just wondering when I can expect to receive them?

    My gamertag is in case that's important.

    REWARDS: FOR HONOR I got it for $70. Where is my 5000 point for spending more than $60?

    Both the Simply Rewarding and Warrior Rewards offers started in March. Therefore, your For Honor purchase in February is not eligible. Purchases must be made within the offer period to be eligible for an offer.

    After reviewing your purchases, we see that your spend amount was only $59.99. Keep in mind that our program is based on the pre-tax amount for purchases. This means that your purchase was benath the $60 required for both offers, which is why they have not
    yet completed automatically. Since you did not complete the purchasing component of the Warrior Rewards offer, the Achievement portion of that offer did not complete, since it only tracks purchases that completed the purchase component. Since you did not complete
    that part, it currently isn't tracking anything. We will adjust this spare change in for you, and you should see the Credits appear as pending shortly. Just be sure to keep an eye out on the minimum spending requirements for any future offers!

    The Simply Rewarding offer will allow you to "double dip" and will work in conjunction with other offers. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with our purchase information from around the beginning of the month, and are working to bring
    that data up to the current time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once this data has been received and processed, we will update this thread.

    Keep in mind that as Murphs says, the purchase component of Warrior Rewards is only 5000 Credits. You will have to complete the full offer to receive the maximum Credit amount. However, this purchase should complete the first level of Warrior Rewards and
    Simply Rewarding.
