Simply Rewarding 6,000 points not pending

Hi,

I activated the Simply Rewarding promo back when the original email was sent out in early March. I spent a total of around $82.00 purchasing games via Xbox One and xbox.com during the promo period. It has been over 96 hours and the 6,000 point bonus is not
pending.

Rewards credits not showing up

For the simply rewarding offer, I pre-ordered Ghost Recon Wildlands to get my 6,000 credits but they're not showing up in my pending credits section, it just says I have none..?

Simply Rewarding Offer Points Not Pending

Hi there. I activated the "Simply Rewarding Offer" to get 6K reward points for making $60 in purchases over the month of march. During this month, I have made three different purchases that total over $60, but after over 96 hours the 6K points are not showing
as pending on my account. I wanted to make sure the points were in place before the end of the promotion on 3/31. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your last purchases were made on March 28th. Keep in mind that our program is based on the UTC time zone. Since March 28th is less than 96 hours ago, we have not yet processed those purchases. Once the 96 hour processing period has elapsed, those Credits
should be pending in your account. Since we have accurately tracked your purchases up to your previous last purchase on the 21st for The Assembly, we do not have any reason to suspect any issues with processing your purchases on the 28th.

Hello DevinGanger,

Those Credits were placed as pending on March 4th, and were deposited as part of the end of month deposit cycle that occurred on the 29th. You can review all Credit and Deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if sorted/viewed by lifetime.

Did you order from microsoftstore.com or through the xbox website which takes you to www.microsoft.com? Only digital content ordered from microsoft.com OR through the xbox one console is eligible for the Simply Rewarding promotion.

If you did order the digital version from microsoft.com (or via xbox one console) then a staff member will have to review your account and see what the issue might be. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to
reply.

We see that your purchases were made on the 16th and 21st. Since it has not been over 96 hours since your purchases on the 21st, we have still not processed those orders. So far only your purchase on the 16th has been processed for this offer.
