    Ok I feel ridiculous. I had a 360 upgraded to a one. I had my step son put the cd into the system and nothing happened and the game didn't show up. I haven't had any luck trying to find it....where is it?

    Trying to download bo2 on Xbox One.. When I put the game into the Xbox One. Nothing happens. I try restarting the Xbox Pne and try, try, try but nothing happens..

    gamertag changed for no reason!

    hello one of you silly buggers have changed my GT for no reason thinking it was a offensive GT when it was nothing close to a offensive one!.. im wanting my old GT back or you are paying for a new one as i have put so much money into xbox and then this happens

    if you put a backwards compatible game in you have to be connected to live

    I am going to ask what might seem like a silly question, but if your controller isn't responding you may want to pop the batteries out and back in (or put in fresh ones). You would be amazed how many times this has happened to me and this fixed it.

    Hi

    Silly question but is this console online and connected to Xbox Live? It needs to be online when you initially put the disc in to allow the console to download the the backwards compatible version of the game.
