signs me in the signs me straight out

I turn on my Xbox one and it signs me in saying hi then it signs me out saying bye. I also can't connect to Xbox live

When i turn my xbox on its all working fine, then when i sign in and click load game... It loads but then signs me out and then comes up with *unknown disk* clean and restart your xbox... Ive done this several times but it works at certain times in the
day! Ive brought a new game twice so it cant be the game and it cant be the xbox can it? Brought in a week ago! Any help would be very very amazing. + im new to this so go easy

To add on to this, I have found that when this pops up resetting your modem/router usually triggers a fix and clears it up.

 

I have this problem sometimes. For me, it happens when one of the other Xboxes in my house is being used by another person. What we have to do to fix it is reboot both of the consoles. This works to resolve the issue, but we’re not sure what causes it.

 

This started to happen to me today, halfway through the day, I've reset, tried to connect, nothing,

the moment I sign in it says "goodbye" and signs me back out.

Wondering if it's update related.

In reference to having two Xboxes on one network, try
creating a static IP for both consoles using this link. You can also
port forward as well if you want better connection.
