Signs in at first but then redirects me to blank homepage after i click "my micrsoft profile"

I can sign into my microsoft account at first but as soon as i click on my profile and choose "my Microsoft account" as in go deeper in my account, it redirects me to a blank homepage where i am signed out and no matter how many times click " sign in" on the blue box, it kicks me out. At one point it will say that i have too many "repeated attempts" and that i should try again later. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

The page that it redirects me to where is: account.microsoft.com/account

On the top right, my name or account is not present, and if i click on it and sign in, it kicks me back out.

I have resetted my password, deleted all cookies on my browser, changed browsers and tried different ones, tried using my phone instead, etc. Nothing works.

You mentioned trying a different browser and attempting to log in through your phone, but it still didn’t work. I understand how important it is to be able to access your Microsoft account, especially since it’s crucial for playing Microsoft games.

Can you please try to login at xbox.com?

Can you also please try using a private webpage or incognito then go to account.microsoft.com

Hi, I already joined the PC Game Pass Southeast Asia Market Expansion preview through the Xbox Insider app then the PLAY WITH GAME PASS button show up, but after I click it then redirect me to the store homepage

Thanks, I actually already have all ports open on my mac. I have tried 2 browsers and 3 devices, its strange that I can view the page when I am signed out of my account but as soon as I sign in and click on play it only shows the page of games for a moment before redirecting the blank white page.

On the windows PC it does the same thing in google chrome but then I downloaded the xbox app from the MS store and it does play games however its a bit slow

Where are the Australian servers located? I am near Sydney

On occasion when I click a link on the forum to go somewhere I will be redirected to the xbox.com homepage.

It's a shame they shutdown the forum feedback section, as then people would have a proper area to post on.

The first time I visit the forum it redirects me to the xbox.com homepage as well.

Balverine: I take it the reason you are asking for Likes in your sig is because of the XCE Community Specialisation? Does that give rewards the same as Ambassador levels?
