Signing to Playstation Network Error

Hey, so: It's saying I need to sign into the Playstation Network and I can't do it through the main menu or my profile on the main menu and when I try to do it through settings via akaremoteconnect it says " something went wrong" and I've tried: deleting
my saved data, uninstall and reinstall, and some other methods. But no matter what it always says "you need to sign into Playstation Network." I'm completely lost here; Should I just try to wait this out or is there something I can do?

I'm sorry to disturb anyone who attempted to solve this. I believe I just found a solution: I signed in through the the friends tab via Cross-Platform friends. But I'll still let report if something is still wrong.

1. I only have 1 playstation console

2. I'm getting error failed to login

3. I couldn't put a screen shot because it dosent load but this is what the error said

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.
