    Signing into the xbox app error on windows 10


    Whenever I try and sign in to the xbox app on windows 10, I receive the error code 0x80070002.

    I have been struggling with this for around a week and I would really appreciate any help, thanks Signing into the xbox app error on windows 10 :)

    Hi Tribbs!

    I'm sorry to hear that is happening. We actually have a thread about this error code, that has the resolution marked as the answer! Signing into the xbox app error on windows 10 :)

    Also, a quick suggestion that may be easier try to install the
    Xbox Identity Provider    . This should ask you to sign in again and hopefully fix the sign in error !

    What happens when you try to sign into the Windows 10 Xbox app? Is there an error message and error code you receive? In the meantime, please ensure that your Windows 10 PC is fully updated by searching 'Check for updates' through the Start menu.
