    Whenever I try to log in to apps like Microsoft Store, Xbox Live, Minecraft, Mail/Outlook etc. with my e-mail that ends with @windowslive.com, I get stuck on the "Just a moment" screen looping a few times until it gives me a white screen with no error messages. I have no problems with logging in online and have tried several solutions on the internet, including:

    - Resetting/repairing these apps

    - Checking if the services are enabled

    - Reset my password twice

    - Added an alias with an updated domain

    - Reinstalled Windows

    - Had Microsoft tech support connect to my computer 3 times and talked to 7 different representatives

    I don't think the problem is related to my laptop in the first place because I cannot log in to my accounts, even when I use different computers with different Windows versions (Windows 10 and 11). However, trying different e-mail addresses works, even ones that were created before my @windowslive.com e-mail.

    I've contacted support several times only to be told that my e-mail domain is obsolete and I'll likely need to use a new one, which I cannot do because I cannot change what my e-mail is linked with on my Xbox Live and Minecraft accounts. Is there any way I can either change my e-mail for these accounts or fix the problem?

    Thanks for your reply, Baha. Have you tried reaching out to Xbox Support via Live Chat or telephone regarding this issue? It seems like it needs the nuance of a live person to assist you since you are seemingly unable to update your login credentials on your own. This is frustrating, but it should be technically possible.

    I've already tried contacting Microsoft Support for other apps connected to Windows Store like Windows Mail, Microsoft Store etc and all I got was "ask in community, we can't help". I'm really not sure what to do at this point

    I can still log in using a browser but I can't log in using the Xbox app, yes. I tried updating my e-mail address to my new primary alias but that doesn't work either. I haven't tried completely deleting my old domain name as that might make me lose access on many accounts linked to that mail

    I’ve signed onto everything using the same e-mail address. The profiles link to each other… I never had an xbox, so I don’t have the Xbox companion app, I just have the gamertag to play Minecraft… I’m signed into the Microsoft Store and Xbox app using the same e-mail.
