Signing in on Xbox website not working (Mac)

1. Try on different browsers like Microsoft edge or Chrome if the behavior is the same.

2. Perform troubleshooting on your problem like clear cache and cookies. Thr troubleshooting would depend on the browser you are using. You can visit its official website if you don't know the process.

3. Try on different networks if possible.

I have tried all of those things, and it's still not working, is there anything else I could try?

My account is***@gmail.com I'm not entirely sure when this problem started, but there is no error message provided when attempting to sign into the xbox website, it just immediately signs me out before loading up the page I was on when attempting to purchase something. I haven't tried anything to fix the problem because I really do not know what I could try. Anytime I try to sign into anything that has to do with the xbox website, it simply does not complete my sign in. I've tried the same thing on my mobile device, as well as my macbook air.

Edit: I have just tried again to sign in, but now it's not even loading up the sign in page.

In that way they can look up on your account and check its status. As much as we would love to help you here in the community, we do not have the tools to check on the account status. It is better to contact them since they are equipped with the advanced tools.

To contact live support, please follow the guide below:

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
   
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".
