Signed up to Xbox live rewards 11/03/16 still haven't got any credit

joined Xbox live rewards back in 11/03/16 English...purchased a butt ton of games digitally pre-ordered a fair few to but have not received a single credit I have probably bought £500 worth of games and add ons...please help..... Thanks

xbox rewards wont deposit

on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

i have received any credits for the past year or longer?!

hello rewards support i have got a problem with my Xbox live rewards i have had my rewards since 11/11/13 and the last time i received credits was like 2 years ago and since then i have brought 19 full games off the Xbox live store loads of add on and loads
of films etc and i still haven't been rewarded any credits please fix this asap

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Hey there!

While signed into Microsoft Commerce, look for any Xbox Live Rewards Deposits from the week of November 17th, 2016 (11/17/16). If you see a rewards deposit from that week, that means you're set.
If you do not have access to the funds now, and you've had purchases made after the deposit, that may indicate that the rewards credit was already used.
