Signed up in 2014 but only had rewards counted for 3 months??

So i've been rewarded for renewing 1 month gold 3 times but nothing since, the reward account says active but all the purchases and live renewels i've made since that have not been counted???

Not receiving reward points

I've been on xbox many years but only got one back in November. I was signed up to rewards but when I logged in today, I had no points. I then got an email to say I have signed up for rewards. Is there a reason I have had 0 points to date?

I am outraged that I don't receive any reward points

I am unable to receive any reward points when I have signed up in 2014. I have recieved no points for any of the purchases I only have 250 points.. Please can you help me find out why!

Hello Cigadeemus,

We responded to your previous post at (None of my rewards have been counted since mid 2014). Again, as of July 2014 we no longer award Credits for
Xbox Live Gold renewals. Also, since you are a zero star MyVIP, you do not get payback on your non-offer purchases.

Right,only the days you are a goldmember are counted.

When you change for a month to silver,then only this month is not counted.

After you re getting up a goldmember again,they count it to the rest you have had!

They would have to be signed up for the Rewards program under their accounts in order for their activities to count.

on top of what onyx mentioned, I believe it also has to be after month 2.

When the Netflix Rewards first started, I had the same issue. I emailed their support and I was told that the first month wasnt counting since it was the free trial. I paid for month 2 and on month 3, the points were added.

It only counts if you are a new user now, sign up to the rewards and make your first purchase now, its not a retroactive program, so anything you did years ago wont qualify
