Signed up for Xbox Newsletter/Marketing Emails a month ago, zero emails have arrived.

Like the title notes, I signed up for Xbox Promo emails/marketing in late October through this link:

Unfortunately, not a single email has arrived as of 12/14 (the day of this post). About a year ago, I unsubscribed from emails, and I'm not sure if that caused a glitch on the account. I made sure to delete any Xbox related email addresses that accidentally landed
in my blocked senders list, so that shouldn't be causing anymore issues. I appreciate any help.

E-mail showing what games you've played and how long?

They started just a few months ago, but there's no information on what you need to sign up for in order to receive them. I get them, but never did anything special. The only thing I can suggest is make sure you're set up to receive emails from Xbox and make
sure you're signed up for the xbox newsletter.

 

Cant Receive emails from xbox about news

about a year ago i noticed i stopped receiving emails from xbox about game news and etc... so a month ago i contacted microsoft support and the agent sent me a link and the link was for the newsletter so i entered my email and submitted it so i can receive
xbox news straight to my email and i still cant receive the newsletter. is there a solution to this or should i just contact them again?

Have you tried changing your email to a different one in those preferences to see if you receive any emails then? Start with that and let us know.

 

Thanks for the reply! I've tried a couple of different emails, and nothing seems to get sent out.

Hello! Nothing has arrived as of yet, to either the main alias or the alternate alias.

Unfortunately I have yet to receive any emails to my main or alternate aliases.
