Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month ...

same here i signed up to groove music and haven't received my 3 months free

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?

The music groove promotion was only avaliable for first time user here is a link to check to see if it is the same promotion that you had. Sometime you just have to read the fine print to see what youre signing up for

I originally saw the offer inside the Groove app, then on a Microsoft news website, then on the official Groove music website where it said new users who signed up before February 30th (or something the date was I'm not sure) would be eligible to receive
a 3 month extra gift code for the music service (I believe the offer is now available again for new users interested in signing up for the service). I contacted support recently a couple days ago and they said there was nothing they could do to help me so
they redirected me to this forum. I hope that information is enough. I have my phone with me all day and I keep checking my email and can confirm that I haven't received the code as of yet for some reason.
