Signed up for 3 months of XBox Live Gold, never got Rocket League

I signed up for 3 months of XBox Live Gold through the promotion on console on June 15th, over 6 weeks ago. I have been in contact with both MS Support and Psyonix. MS Support as repeatedly confirmed that I am eligible in logs I have saved and that I should
have received it by today and if not to contact them. My gamer tag is .

I bought 3 months of Gold to take advantage of the free Rocket League promotion listed below but never got a copy of the game added to my account.

Did not receive free Rocket League for purchasing 3 month gold sub

Hi, I bought a 3 month gold sub through Xbox live on June 17th but never received a code for Rocket League which was the promotion at the time.

 

I too am in the same boat as you. Guess if the code doesn't show up today I will be contacting support again.

 

Hopefully something will be straightened out. I was told numerous times via support that I would have it by today yet here we are. I contacted Psyonix support as well, still waiting to hear back.

 

I was told the same by Microsoft and psyonics as well. Guess we will be talking with support again tomorrow.

 

I haven't recevied my Rocket League copy as well. Bought it on June 15th. Microsoft support told me to wait until July 31th for the game to appear in my account. Today is August 1st and nothing...

It's really frustrating that a person buys this subscription to play this game and after almost 2 months after still no sign of it...

 

Already contacted Psyonix, they tell us that Microsoft is the one responsible for delivering us the keys. So, it won't help...

 

Ms support tells us that Psyonix is the one responsible. I feel like I am getting the run around after being told for weeks I would get it. I paid my money for the promotion and have gotten nothing in return. That's not right. Not even a reply here thus
far.
