    Signed Out of Account and I Don't Know Password


    I have had an Xbox account for close to 5 years now. But, when I tried to log in the other day, I was signed out. I know the email but the problem is, I don't know anything else. I think I know the card used for that account and the gamer tag I know for sure. But other than that I don't know. I have spent so much money on that account and I want to know how to get it back. Please help me

    I dont know my password

    If you don't know the password to your account you can go to
    https://account.live.com     and reset your password. Then you can sign out of your GFWL account and login with the new password.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I have the email address and I know the password. I'm just trying to find out if there is a way I can set the Xbox account up so I don't need the password to sign in?

    Netflix on all profiles

    As far as I know you can only remove devices from your Netflix account. I'd recommend just signing out of your Netflix account on the profiles you don't want to have access. Then change your password if you don't want other profiles signing in.

    Hummm ok, I don't have an authentication app....and I don't want to turn off passwords for me email account. I'm just trying to figure out if I can sign into my Xbox account without having to use the password.
