Discus and support signed me out for no reason now stuck in loop in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; is there anyway i can speak to some through chat or phone i've been trying for 2 days signed me out of my xbox switched my xbox on yesterday morning it...     is there anyway i can speak to some through chat or phone i've been trying for 2 days signed me out of my xbox switched my xbox on yesterday morning it had signed me out and out of my email on phone and my backup email i've tried doing the recovery that doesn't work asks you to put xbox id but only works when put serial number also asks to put list of last emails you sent and subject but when it reject say ask your contacts for information last emails they sent you my accounts have always been set to automatic sign in

    Yeah same thing happened to me as well. I logged out because it was having trouble signing in/connecting to XBL services. I thought logging out and back would help, but now it's stuck on the splash screen trying to load. The same thing has happened with the Xbox app. Xbox app on Android is now stuck in a login loop.

    Had same problem swagg me n parents tryed to change on comp but got stuck in a loop then we tryed reseting pass but huge mess occured n now we trying to recover moms microsoft account =/ so im stuck there for now

    I have this problem and the issue for me is not resolved. I can't sign in. I'm stuck in a loop of giving my email address and password over and over and over. I've tried the suggested solutions, no success. WTF.

    I tried a different browser but got stuck in the same loop. I'll go to add family, enter his e-mail, sign him in, press 'next' to confirm the action, it prompts me to sign in the parent account, then it prompts me to sign him in again, and I'm back at the
    confirmation page. If I confirm it it prompts me to sign in the parent account....ugh.
