    Signature doesn't match when giving consent.


    Hello, for some reason I can't get the consent signature to work for my account. I tried updating the name and re typing it but the form always says name doesn't match. Am I missing something? I can't link my daughter's account until the consent is given.

    I got it to work. I think my browser was adding a space at the end of my name. That may be the reason it was rejecting the signature.

    Okay I did. Still doesn't work. I even used edge and Google chrome browser to see if it was a browser issue.
