Signal Strength Bars Indicator Upper left Screen Corner

The bars in the upper left corner show the signal strength between what 2 components? Signal strength bars occasionally go from 5 to none or somewhere in between which causes WOT to freeze/pause even if only briefly? Other times it will remain at 5 bars
for hours? When I do a wifi test it shows all OK? I do have a signal extender.

Screenshots and videos not full screen

I've been searching online and asking friends, and no one knows why. I was able to record and take screenshots with no problems; now, videos and screenshots are 75% of the shot, and they sit in the upper left corner of the screen with the other 25% just
being a black bar along the right and bottom of the screen. I don't know what happened. I'm playing Mass Effect Andromeda, and all my friends are posting captures that are bigger and without those black bars. Me? My pictures and videos are reduced in size
and shoved in the upper left corner all of a sudden. I just want to cry. Can anyone help me?

 

Xbox Live Disconnects at random

My signal strength is usually all bars when it's detected by the Xbox.

 

Hi there SeabeeMCB53, are you able to include a photo of what you're seeing there as well as your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?
