    so I've been trying to sign up for the Xbox ambassador process for like three days now and every time i have tried to take the pledge it just keeps spinning and loading and it wont accept my "signature" I've checked my account and it says i have a perfect
    record and it wont let me get past the take the pledge screen its kind of aggravating any insight would be amazing help thanks

    There are known issues with the site currently. Staff will not be back until tomorrow at 9am PT. If you're still having issues with it after that, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    No, and it would have been explained during the sign up process....you sign up, if accepted then an NDA will be prepared for you to fill out and sign, then an email confirmation will come back and the process will start from there.
