Sign out of Fios App on Xbox 360?

Discus and support Sign out of Fios App on Xbox 360? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is there a way to do this? since I downloaded it originally my sign in credentials have changed and plan has changed so I have more channels.     Sign out of Fios App on Xbox 360?


    Is there a way to do this? since I downloaded it originally my sign in credentials have changed and plan has changed so I have more channels. However I've tried deleting it and re downloading it and it automatically signs me in under old credentials. There's
    no sign out option that I can see when I'm using the app on my xbox. Is there a way to deactivate the xbox and then go back to it and sign in again?

    FiOS App listed on Xbox One site is MIA on the console.

    The FIOS app was just released today. You can read the headline here:

    You can also now find it on the App Store.

    Verizon killed their TV app on Xbox and Smart TVs. Here's what I got from Verizon on March 17th:



    Hi,



    On March 31, 2016, the Fios® TV app you are using to watch your Fios TV programming through a Smart TV or an Xbox gaming system will be retired and
    will no longer be available for use. Sorry for the inconvenience.



    But we have great news; you can watch your Fios TV content using our Fios Mobile appfrom your smartphone or tablet. This app allows you to stream TV content in and out of
    your home and so much more.



    If you don’t already have the app, you can easily download it now.



    I know it doesn't solve the problem, but hopefully it answers your question.

    Hey there CarrieHelen!

    I suggest starting out by uninstalling and reinstalling the Verizon FiOS app from the Xbox 360 console. For steps on doing that, check out the steps under 'If the app doesn't respond' on our

    Xbox 360 App Troubleshooting     page.

    Xbox One NETFLIX issues.

    Netflix is blaming Fios. Fios is blaming Netflix.

    I called and Netflix tried a few things and to no previal. Maybe it's just the App.
