Sign out of another Xbox I don't use

hey I had signed into an Xbox about a year ago and I want to log out of that one now cuz they are logging into my account without permission and I can't change my password cuz I had to add an email for backup. They keep signing in and it kicks me out and
I want to delete the account off the Xbox. I do not have access to trhat specific Xbox. Someone please help!!!!!

Stop Xbox One from updating games

Also another part of the problem is when he tries to start the game, it wants to update, and if you don't do the update it signs out out of xbox live.

I don't think there's really any way around that one.

Forgot my email

I just got another Xbox one, so I'm trying to sign into my old account, but I don't remember the email address of the account, how would I find this out?

Unfortunately you would have to either have access to that xbox or capable of changing the password in order to prevent them from signing into your account and kicking you off of your xbox

Actually you don't have to do that. Depending on which app you are using:

Xbox Console Companion. Scroll down to settings and select sign out.

Xbox App, select your gamerpic and then sign out.

Then all you have to do is sign in with another account.

Could your account be in use on another device?

If it is signed in on another device it will kick you out on the device you’ve signed in with. If you are being repeatedly signed in on the other device, you will be repeatedly signed out on the device you’re using.
