I would like to let you know that you have been given access to the Accessing Preview Program Forums so your able to post questions in there about been signed up to the preview program. I have also been
told that it shows you have been invited to the preview program, but have not been accepted yet. This is why you could not see the early access forums when you first posted this thread.

Hope this has answered your question about the access to the preview forums.

Because you can not access the preview forums, I have sent a message to a member of the Xbox Support team. They will be able to sort you out with access to the forum, if they can see your a member of the Xbox preview program. They will probably respond to
this thread with their response.

When you try to play the game, are you given any error code or message? This will allow me to narrow down what could be happening when you try and play the game on your Xbox One.

You can report any problems by holding your guide button down until the pop up window shows three options: Turn off Xbox console, Turn off controller, and report a bug/problem. This should be located on the far right hand side of the window. If you click
onto the report bug/problem option, this will submit your report directly to the development/ engineering teem for them to look into in depth.

I hope this information helps. It may take time to have access to the preview forums, as it is the weekend, and support don't operate through these forums on a weekend.

As stated in the notification on the website, since the Xbox Live Rewards program is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in your region, it is no longer possible to join our program.

Since the program is about to shut down, it is no longer possible to sign up.
