    Sign in stuff on the console


    i already made the email, microsoft account, and i also signed in on the xbox app. but when i try to sign into the xbox and add the account. i get stuck on “add new password” i make a password the way it tells me to and reenter it on the next thing. and then it kinda stalls for a minute on a gray screen with the edge cursor in the middle then resets to “add a new password”

    i have 3 accounts already on my xbox and 1 of them is mine

    and i’ve tried my gmail password, random passwords and no password and it won’t work

    please help i’ve been stuck on this for 3 hours now

    i have a series s and i don’t know what to do because there’s no error code

    I don't know much about this sort of stuff.

    Have you tried signing out of your account on your console and then signing back in to see if it forces the console to update the information?

    You can sign into as many consoles as you want with the same profile. So he will be able to access all of his stuff on both consoles.

    sorry once a console is banned there is no un banning of it you will have to buy a new console as a banned console will NEVER be able to sign into live for even stuff like game updates.

    i downloaded update for mw3 and my score is now 0 . im not labeled cheater or corrupt. tried recovering it and stuff. when i signed in it said i was last signed in on another console???????

    2 home consoles?

    There's no way around it. You can only set 1 console as your Home at a time. You can still just set the console he's using as your Home so he can access your stuff while you play on the other console. Since everything is tied to your account, you can sign into and access your stuff on any console.
