Sign in on Xbox.com not working

I am on a iPhone 13 trying to play Xbox cloud gaming. Whenever I try to click the sign in button I sign in and it does nothing. After that is doesn’t even give me the option to Type in my email or password. I assumed it was linked with the Xbox website and that won’t let me sign in either. Please help!

Hey there Silver,

Sorry to hear you are running into these issues when trying to update the child accounts settings. In order to manage the Privacy settings on the child account you will need to go through Microsoft.com.

Go ahead and follow the steps on "Change your child's Xbox privacy and Online safety settings"
for more information on updating.
