    Hi, unrespect miscorsoft.

    why can't i sign in to inbox app on my android device at XXI century?

    are you kidding? I got just a message `try again later`... what??? $800Bn corporation doesn't has ux designers who can handle sign up issues?!

    why can't i add my friend as a friend?

    third:

    on another device i has signed in but i see only opened sidemenu and can't do anything... do you test your apps before submitting to stores, $800Bn corporation?

    awful sign up flow

    awful service

    I cant play Destiny?

    Same. It signed in, showing friends online playing, but won't let me bring up friends app and Destiny says I need to be online to play.

    anyone else having issues with the August update?

    The only issue I've run into is where friends appear to be constantly signing in repeatedly. But I haven't really noticed any problems with the UI.

    Hi,

    I use the android app almost every day. It's not perfect but usually I don't get stuck as you told.

    Did you try to unistall&re-install the app?

  5. Sure, on different devices... on one the app just doesn't sing in... on another it's freezing right after sign in at the `openned menu` state...

    Hello Screaming,

    Have you tried to sign in on the
    Account website
    on a computer. make sure nothing is wrong with the account there. Also try uninstalling the app on the devices power them off then when you turn them back on install the app again.

    As stated by fellow XBF Brad A the first step in troubleshooting the app is to uninstall it, if that doesn't do the trick then the next thing is to power cycle the device to make sure its not a device issue. If you no longer want to troubleshoot we suggest

    since they would be able to best take feedback and ideas from the public. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in any other matter!!
