    No Home screen

After a recent update with the preview dashboard my xbox one my home screen won't load. I can use the kinect voice commands to access my games and apps but there is no home screen or feed. I can also snap things like my friends list and also sign in and
    play

No I can't, you know on the password input screen, well after that I get stuck on the loading screen.

    sign in blind? no screen.

If your laptop has an HDMI in port you should be able to use it this way without having to broadcast the screen,

Unfortunately usually only high-end gaming laptops have ports such as this.

Other than that, unless it’s doable by voice commands I don’t think it’s possible.
