Sign in and adding account issue

Hello,

I couldnt sign into any account on my xbox. After some research i try holding the power button for 10 seconds to power down (didnt work). So i went into settings and did a system reset. Now it wont even let me add my account. I checked my internet (its working),
i checked xbox live status (says everything is up). Ive seen posts on this subject already sugesting to do all the above, but they were all older posts. Is this currently an issue for anyone else?

Any luck fixing it yet? Mine is still doing the same thing. I did a system reset again and deleted everything, and i still cant add my account back on.. This is ridiculous..

Greetings from cyprus, and yes I have the exact same problem with my brand new Xbox one S.

My internet runs fine but every time I'm trying to add a new profile I see a blank loading and then it kicks me out without any error notification.

Sorry to say that one of the core services that manages logging into xbox live is having issues right not and affect your ability to log in. They are working to resolve it quickly

I just did 2 full factory resets because there was a report that the first one was not able to remove home information. This is not fixing the problem.

I have tested internet everytime I have done anything and it always says everything is fine.

Is there anything else that I can try to figure this out. I can only imagine it is somehow software related.

It is quite annoying having this issue because it has essentially turned my xbox into a brick because I can't install or save anything because there is no account...

If there are any more ideas I would love to hear them.
