    Unfortunately once a Card is redeemed to an Account your not able to transfer it to a different one. It needs to be spend with the account you redeemed it to.

    Yes it was a gift card. So I put it or I redeemed the card. And then try to get Xbox Live. Am I doing something wrong?

    It sounds like you put money on the wrong account as mentioned. I would definitely check your purchase history to make sure you're on the right account. If it was a gift card it can't be undone so you would be stick with the funds on that account

    So why is it that you are not allowed to gift shark cards. You can gift anything else but shark Cards. I have unused credit in my microsoft account but the only thing played is gta v and i want to buy shark cards for that game. But I can only purchase
