    Firewall



    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Enter http://192.168.254.254 into the address bar. (Or click the link) When prompted enter the admin for the username and your created password.
    3. Under the section titled setup, select firewall from the menu on the left and then filter ruled from the submenu.
    4. Uncheck enabled attack detection system.
    5. Select Apply.

    3. Select Advanced Settings from the menu at the top.
    4. Under the section titled setup, select firewall from the menu on the left.
    5. In the drop-down box, select off.
    6. Select Apply.

    Greetings Zero!

    Is your console directly connected to the siemens se567?

    Could you access your router's utility interface and turn off/disable the firewall. Save/Apply and reboot your gateway.

    Post back and let us know how that goes.

    So we know as per the weblink above fixes are needed for routers from Cisco/Linksys, D-Link, Fujitsu, Huawei, ipitomy, NEC, Siemens and Sony, and that we don't know about Belkin and other router and gateway makers.



    Until we know those routers have fixed the security hole, we need to 'deploy
    firewall rules to block untrusted hosts from being able to access port 1900/udp'.

    Some NAT problems are subtle and don't appear in the Test Xbox Live Connection test. Most likely there's a port blocked... ports can be blocked in your router, modem, or at your ISP. Since the Xbox 360 uses different ports than PCs & Macs use, you can't
    see the effect of a port blockage except on the Xbox. A sequential power cycle is the first step in clearing a port blockage:

    1) turn off the Xbox then

    2) unplug the power from the Siemens.

    3) Wait at least 30 secs then replug the Siemens power.

    5) Wait 'til the light on the front of the Siemens which says DSL is on solid (not flashing), then turn on the Xbox.

    If that does not resolve it, then the next step is to make sure UPnP is enabled. I see your Siemens uses 192.168.1.1 as the IP address, so go to a web browser (IE, Firefox and Safari preferred), enther the IP address in the address bar, and go to the control
    panel of the Siemens, then find the UPnP setting and make sure that's enabled.

    If that does not resolve it, then set up Port Triggering to make sure port 3074 opens up for UDP and TCP and port 88 opens up for UDP when the Xbox needs it.

    If I disabled the I get a strick Nat but when I enable it and put the Xbox on power saving mode I get an Open Nat ..share
